Co-ordinator – Group Tour Operations

As a member of the integrated Operations team, the candidate will be responsible for the fulfillment and preparation of group tours before departure.




  • Handle bookings and follow up customers’ enquiries
  • Support sales team on documentation, quotations, sales presentation, etc
  • Provide administrative support to production team
  • Follow operation processes in adherence to the Company's product and service standards
  • Monitor and follow up schedules of deposit and payment for air and land suppliers
  • Prepare tour files and detailed briefing for tour escorts
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders for any special requests from customers ensuring fulfillment by tour escorts and suppliers on tours
  • Perform ad hoc duties or projects as and when assigned



  • Completion of HKDSE with training in tourism management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s working experience in travel industry, preferably with experience in group tour operations
  • Good customer service orientation, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, well organized and attentive to details
  • Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office
  • Fast and accurate typing skills including Chinese word processing
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
