Travel Consultant – GIT at Branch Office



  • Provide professional customer service and build rapport with customers
  • Promote and recommend various group tour products to customers
  • Handle sales and customer enquiries at branch office and/or over the phone
  • Work as a team in achieving targets and any initiatives set forth by the Company
  • Shift duty including Sat/Sun/public holidays is required




  • High Diploma or above, preferably with training in travel related subjects
  • At least 3 years working experience in travel industry, experience in group tour sales preferable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a caring attitude
  • Attention to details and follow up
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
