Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with various departments on staffing needs and provide effective recruitment services.
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment & selection process from formulation of job description, sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interview, offering to onboarding.
  • Support in identifying training needs, planning, coordination of staff training and development programs.
  • Assist in organizing and managing trainee development programs.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and practices and ensure they are in compliance with the Group’s requirements and legal regulations.
  • Assist in organizing company’s activities and staff recreation events
  • Participate in other HR initiatives and support for other related ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 year’s HR experience
  • Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability
  • Well organized and attentive to details
  • Proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and meet multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
